재가노인복지서비스 이용노인의 건강상태, 미래전망, 건강증진행위, 삶의 질의 관계 규명
An Analysis on the Structural Relations of the health status, future prospects, health promoting behavior and quality of life With the Elderly Using In-Home Services for the Elderly
초록
본 연구에서는 재가노인복지서비스 이용노인의 건강상태, 미래전망, 건강증진행위, 삶의 질의 관계에 대한 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 제주 시내에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 526명의 설문 결과 중 497명의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석을 위해 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 구조모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 재가노인복지서비스 이용노인의 지각된 건강상태, 미래전망, 건강증진행위 및 삶의 질의 관계에 대한 가설적 인과 모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 재가노인복지서비스 이용노인의 건강상태, 미래전망, 건강증진행위가 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 건강증진행위와 삶의 질의 관계에 있어 건강상태가 매개효과를 보이며, 건강상태와 미래전망의 관계에 있어 건강증진행위가 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 재가노인복지서비스의 내용이 노인의 욕구를 이해하고, 신체적 측면을 통해 정서적 차원의 케어를 제공하여 삶의 질을 개선해야 함을 강조하였다.
This study analyzed the structural relation between the health status of the elderly using in-home services for the aged, future prospects, health promoting behavior, and quality of life. As a result the study, it was found that perceived health status of the elderly that use in-home services for the aged had influence on future prospects, health promoting behavior, and quality of life, and it was found that future prospects of the elderly that use in-home services for the aged had influence on health promoting behavior and quality of life, and that health promoting behavior also had influence on quality of life. Therefore it can be seen that the content of in-home services for the aged should understand the desires of the elderly and provide care on the emotional level through physical aspects to improve their quality of life.
